The following is for ALL Junior Division Teams for the 2007‑2008 Season (Jr. Division teams are birth years 1999-1998‑1997‑1996‑1995‑1994).

 Fee Philosophy:  It is our goal as an organization to present the fee schedule and not come back to the parents several times throughout the year for additional money.  With this in mind it is important to pay attention to the due dates and plan accordingly.  If there are any changes to this policy or special request you will be notified..

Registration Fees: Main Event Youth Org.  is a non‑profit organization fully funded by sponsorships, donation, and registration fees. Registration fees are used to maintain the daily operations for Main Event Basketball, which includes; web site, literature, advertisement, equipment, communications, and other administrative needs.  Funds received for Main Event Basketball will be used to support the programs and the development of our children.  Registration fees are due at your Team's second practice that your child attends. Registration fees cover the AAU/AYBT Basketball season from Sept. to Aug.

Fall Dues: Fall dues covers practice uniforms (if needed), leagues, tournaments and practice gym time from September to November 2007. Fees do not include travel costs. If a player joins the team after Sept. 21, 2007 or before November 30, 2007 they are still entitled to pay Fall Dues.

Winter Dues: Winter dues covers practice uniforms (if needed), leagues, tournaments and practice gym time from December 2007 to February 2008.  Fees do not include travel costs. If a player joins the team after Dec. 7, 2007 or before February 29, 2008, they are still entitled to pay Winter Dues.

Spring/AAU Dues: Spring/AAU/AYBT dues covers game uniforms, leagues, tournaments, AAU/AYBT Membership, AAU regional’s, AYBT Nationals and practice gym time from March‑AUG 2008. Fees do not include travel costs. If a player joins the team after March 21, 2008 or before AAU Regional’s they are still entitled to pay spring dues.

Sponsorships: We strongly encourage each family to reach out to their company, family members, etc. to sponsor our program.  Funds are used to defer some of the equipment cost and provides more for our children.  Please contact Team Mom or Kim for sponsorship letters.  All funds made from Sponsors fund go 100% directly to organization..

Organization Fundraisers: Organization fundraisers are done to defer cost for all of our activities.  They are needed to keep the cost down.  Most AAU teams fees are double our cost.  They also help hold organization events, tournaments, annual banquet/picnic, and other functions.     

Other Fees: Returned check fee is $35(After two returned checks we will no longer accept check payments). Late fees for dues are $5.00 a week. Please contact John or Kim  if you foresee your dues being late.

All payments should be made to: Main Event Youth Org. and please place the Team or Head Coach's last name on the payment (for tracking purposes). Types of payments accepted are money orders, personal checks or cashier's checks.  We will accept cash but try to minimize your cash payments if at all possible.
Make sure you are given a receipt for your payment.

DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT IF A RECEIPT IS NOT AVAILABLE.
