Main Event Cobras Youth Organization, Inc.

“The Main Event Cobras Youth Organization, Inc.” is a 501c3 youth basketball organization that was founded in 1999 by Andrew and Darlene Dyer to develop our youth to their academic and athletic potential through basketball.  Our teams play year round in Amateur Athletic Union (AAU), Youth Basketball of America (YBOA), American Youth Basketball Tour (AYBT) and other elite leagues and tournaments.  We culminate our year long efforts each summer by playing in the AYB Tour, AAU and YBOA regional and national tournaments.  We are preparing our teams to achieve similar success this spring and summer.  In addition to basketball, our goal is to develop well-rounded people by providing academic support in the form of study halls, tutoring and other educational and cultural experiences as we travel abroad to compete in various events.

 Our vision is to cultivate these young people on and off the basketball court to enhance their opportunities to enter the high school and ultimately the college of their choice with financial assistance based on their basketball and academic exploits.
